You should use when your oponent gone to away and you need to catch him, don't waste it in unecesary moments like face to face fight, you use it too for dont let a druid clone you or use any cast spell, for cancer lock portal,make poly etc etc. Use before any magic spell gonna hit you( i mean cc like poly, clone etc) Or you can combibate with the macro heal wich i writed in MACROS + the macro heal, it make you heals more Use speciality vs rogues/druids/ or any class wich can sleath,and you can use it in arena too for make your openents run slow with vs shamans it's very good glyph You should use when the oponent like rogue or warr start using or wich make you dodge your atacks, but is undodgeable.

Your gargoyle takes a "screenshot" of your stats, so activate your pvp strenght trinket and unholy frenzy before you summon it to get the most damage from your gargoyle. Your ghouls damage is very important, aswell as your gargoyle, to get the best profit from your ghoul i suggest you control it by yourself, to control the ghouls stuns, when your ghoul is transformed with dark transformation you can use huddle, because when transformed the ghouls huddle doesn't prevent him/(her?) from dealing damage! You can use a simple macro like /cast huddle.
